ABOUT MORELIA
Morelia is located to the west of the Mexican Republic and has an International Airport (MLM) that receives flights from Mexico City and the country´s main cities, as well as flights from Dallas, Houston, Chicago and Los Angeles, among others.
The weather in Morelia during November and December includes temperatures ranging from 3°C in the mornings to a maximum of 23°C in the afternoons/nights.

TRAVEL AND MEDICAL INSURANCE
All delegates are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance coverage in advance. We recommend contacting the Mexican embassy/consulate in your country/region to find out which vaccines are required and recommended.

VISA
FIRA and ALIDE will not be responsible of any administrative procedures regarding visas. We advise you to get in touch with the Mexican embassy/consulate of your country/region to know about the formalities. However, in case required, FIRA and ALIDE will provide invitation letter to the confirmed foreign participants attending the 7th World Congress to those who will clearly mentioned about the requirement at the time of registration ([1]). Please keep in mind a certain delay might be necessary to get your documents in order, we recommend you to start with this process as soon as you register to the 7th World Congress.

[1] The participants need to register on-line system and upload the e-copy of the passport and complete itinerary to prepare the invitation letter. Visa applicants are requested to provide specific information including surname, given name, position, gender, nationality, passport number, entry date and the place to apply visa (location of Mexican Embassy).

LANGUAGES IN THE WORLD CONGRESS

English will be used in general for all communications and as a means of presentation in the forum, which refers to all background materials for the discussions. There will be simultaneous translation into Spanish, the official language of Mexico and of most Latin American countries, the host region of the 7th. World Congress. Translation to other languages will be evaluated depending on the need.
Delegates shall cover their respective travel to and from Morelia, Mexico.
REGISTRATION
The foreign delegates need to register on-line which will be available till November 8, 2022.

The customary participation fee for the foreign delegates has been fixed at USD500.00 (US Dollar Five hundred) per person which shall be paid to the following account:

The organizers of the World Congress will cover the followings:
- Lunch and snacks during all the two days of the event (23-24 November 2022);

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Delegates are requested to complete the process of on-line registration and submit all required documents on or before October 8, 2022 for smooth processing of logistical arrangements and visa facilitation.
IDENTIFICATION
All delegates will be issued with a personal identification badge, which must be used at all times for their identify.
